Math Prep Course Refund Policy

  1. Overview

At Advance in Math, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. We understand that situations may arise where a student might need to cancel their enrollment in our prep courses. To address such situations, we have put in place a refund policy to ensure a fair and consistent process for all.

  1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request for cancellation and a refund no later than two (2) weeks prior to the start date of the prep course. The written request should include the following information:

a. Full name of the student;

b. Course name and start date;

c. Reason for cancellation;

d. Payment method and transaction details (if applicable).

If you submit a valid refund request according to the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you will receive a full refund of the course fee, minus any applicable transaction fees, within fourteen (14) business days from the date we receive your request.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is still not reflected, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be processed and posted.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

a. Cancellation requests received less than two (2) weeks before the start date of the prep course;

b. Failure to attend the course;

c. Voluntary withdrawal from the course after it has commenced;

d. Dissatisfaction with the course. Please note that dissatisfaction with the course content, teaching methods, or any other aspect of the prep course does not constitute grounds for a refund. We make every effort to provide a high-quality learning experience for our students and encourage open communication regarding any concerns or suggestions for improvement. However, refunds will not be granted solely based on personal dissatisfaction with the course. We recommend that students carefully review the course outline and prerequisites before enrolling to ensure that the course meets their needs and expectations.

Advance in Math reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
